Herba Luisa is refreshing with soda water over ice, in a cup of tea, or as a peppy addition to cocktails. This intensely tannic, yet lemon-forward liqueur lends itself to sauces for fish and poultry dishes, vegetable marinades, salad dressings, jams, puddings, or sorbet.
