The Barbie Cocktail:

1 bottle of Rockey’s Liqueur

1 bottle of Dorothy Parker Rose Petal Infused Gin by NY Distilling Co

1 bottle of Prosecco Da Mar

1oz Dorothy Parker Rose Petal Infused Gin by NY Distilling Co (Brooklyn, New York)
1/2oz Rockey’s Liqueur (Brooklyn, New York)
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
2oz Cranberry Juice 
Splash of Prosecco
Edible Purple Flowers for garnish 
Lemon Peel for garnish

Combine gin by NY Distilling Co, Rockey’s Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for a few seconds. Strain into cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco. Use lemon peel and edible flowers to garnish. Cheers!
