Additional Info: Biodynamic farming and natural. Soils: Clay and limestone. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. Uses indigenous yeast, hand harvested, bottling done on fruit days, low intervention, minimal sulfites.

Behind the Vinocéros brand, there is Christophe . No, we are not talking about the singer but about the winemaker made in Languedoc-Roussillon. It was in 2014 that Vinocéros was created and through its bottles, a mission: to share his love for wine, without impacting his love for nature.

The name Vinocéros came from a desire to create a brand that allowed him to make it his playground and escape. It is therefore with the choice of an offbeat tone that during a Brainstorming (a little drunk) the name of the brand came about, quite naturally.

Inspired by his grandparents whose approach was to make all their products by themselves, Christophe has always had this sensitivity to consume good and beautiful products .

Through his wine, he wants to combine the pleasure of taste and sharing without forgetting this notion of respect . This involves not only respecting our planet, by choosing only organic grapes, but also respecting his producers by paying them a fair price.

Christophe produces free wines . Invitations to discovery and sharing, and all that, with the fruits of his imagination.  

"Organic is the future. We only have one planet and I wanted to do an activity that preserves my health, the lands of cultivation but also my customers. I do not start from the observation that I can change things alone, but at least, I can act and take actions on my scale."
