Made in Santiago Matatlan, the world capital of mezcal by siblings Jj and Frida Jimenez, where they use the "capon" method when growing their agave plants, this process can take up to 8 years and allows the plants to mature and over ripen which increases yield and enhances flavors. One the nose you get hints of cinnamon, pear and pineapple with a earthy and gingery notes and white pepper on the finish. Perfect
