Taste: Medium plus bodied orange wine that is highly aromatic. Notes of peach, citrus, and yogurt. Very small amount of earth. Soft tannins with a long finish.

Additional Info: 

Grapes are hand-harvested and macerated on the skins in stainless steel. Fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2. Orangic farming practices.
