Lunazul is a brand of tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico. The company uses 100% blue agave plants to make its tequila, which are grown in the highlands of Jalisco and harvested by hand. The agave plants are then slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and the juice is extracted using a traditional tahona wheel.
