This utterly charming red is an IGT Terre Siciliane rosso made of 100% Nerello Mascalese grown at 350 meters altitude. The grapes are macerated with a combination of 60% destemmed fruit and 40% whole bunch to combine ripe purity and balanced depth. Made with organic, vegan methods, native yeast fermentations and very low sulfites, this is just so pure and tasty and light on its feet. Only 2000 bottles produced.
