Joe Chandellier is a young and passionate winemaker with 7 hectares in the Gard. Certified Organically grown fruit, natural winemaking, and he has plans to convert to Biodynamics in the years to come. All the vineyards are surrounded by forest which give them a great balance in terms in biodiversity. No insecticides and herbicides are used. In the cellar all the hand harvested grapes are processed by gravity until bottling. No incomes are used except a tiny amount of sulphur (15ppm) after malolactic fermentation and/or prior to bottling.
