Founded in 1959 by Don Jorge Sallas Cuervo, El Tequileno Blanco is made from 70% estate grown Blue Agave and mellowed in American Oak for 14 days giving the tequila bright and rounded flavors of spice,sweet agave and star anise.  El Tequileno is also the official tequlia of the Batanaga cocktail.

 El Tequileño uses estate grown Blue Agave from the Los Altos region of Jalisco combined with the mineral rich water sourced from El Volcan de Tequila. El Tequileño is one of only a few distilleries with access to this exclusive water source.
